Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005. Coastal Aquaculture Authority - Meetings. The Coastal Aquaculture Authority conducts its meetings at regular intervals to discharge the functions as mandated in the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 and the Rules framed there under.
